Mentoring

With more than 30 years of combined experience as hand therapists, Sarah and Kris have treated a broad range of complex cases in private practice as well as in the UK and Australian public hospital setting.

Sarah and Kris both have extensive experience teaching new graduate OTs and also providing support and mentorship to therapists through challenging cases.

Clinical Mentoring can include:

– One on one sessions in-clinic;

– One on one sessions via zoom;

– In-clinic group mentoring; and

– In-clinic splinting workshops with a group of therapists (thermoplastic will be billed in addition to therapist’s time).
